Product Introduction
SmartRDC single-point static zeroing instrument is a newly developed zero-setting device for "resolver-permanent magnet synchronous motor" developed by our company. The product uses a 7-inch color LCD capacitive touch screen to realize human-machine parameter interaction; two high-quality metal buttons enable system startup and zeroing start; the device has a built-in motor drive power DC power supply that outputs UVW three-phase voltage and can achieve 12 fixed angle switching of 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, and 330 degrees to meet zeroing functions at different angles. By configuring the pole-to-pole ratio, the zero position accuracy indication of the electrical angle of the motor can be easily obtained.
The product is easy to carry and suitable for motor maintenance, motor zero measurement and other scenarios.
