Product Introduction
SmartATAS eddy current test analysis system is a dedicated test system for eddy current angle position sensors developed in 2021 based on MIAIXI Measurement & Control's leading experience in the field of resolver testing. The system adopts a fully modular design. The equipment consists of six main parts: analysis system host, program-controlled DC power supply, high-precision servo direct drive turntable, display and control module, test tooling, and automatic test software. Using self-developed software calculation technology, the electrical angle calculation accuracy is ±15″, the resolution can be up to 1″, and the positioning accuracy of the angular indexing device is ±15″. It is used in the research and development and production of eddy current angle sensors. The typical test time is 15 seconds.
