(Changsha, February 7, 2026) — With spring approaching, Hunan XUANCE Technology Co., Ltd. held its 2026 Spring Festival Gala at the Wyndham Hotel in Furong, Changsha, under the theme “Together Toward a New Journey.” Employees gathered to celebrate shared achievements and outline the company's future.
The event began at 14:30. General Manager Chen Leshu reviewed breakthroughs of the past year in technology development, internal reform, market expansion, and team building, and recognized the dedication and contribution of employees.
He explained that “Together Toward a New Journey” reflects the company's collaborative spirit and determination to reach new heights. In 2026, “change starts today” and “start with yourself” will guide all work and support progress toward long-term strategic goals.
2026 Strategic Targets
XUANCE Group announced three core objectives: business growth, stronger execution, and employee health.
1. Business growth
The company set an annual sales target of RMB 58 million and a revenue-per-employee target of RMB 800,000.
2. A culture of execution
XUANCE established a “Deliver on Your Word” award for employees and teams that fulfill their commitments. Management will lead by example. If the general manager does not complete a committed task on time, a penalty mechanism will place the funds into a dedicated award pool.
3. Company-wide health program
Employees, especially those with a BMI above 28, are invited to join an optional health program with weight goals and team support. The general manager set a personal goal of losing 40 kg in the year and committed RMB 200 to the health fund for every kilogram short of the target, with the fund supporting employees who achieve their goals.
General Manager Chen Leshu also recommended a presentation by Mr. Yu of Zhejiang Liming Intelligent Manufacturing, a partner company. The presentation covered opportunities and challenges in data and AI, pragmatic working practices, independent learning, and cross-disciplinary improvement. Chen encouraged employees to maintain an innovative spirit and pursue higher goals with renewed enthusiasm.
The gala then held its annual awards ceremony. Company leaders presented certificates and trophies to individuals and teams who excelled in technology, customer service, management, and other areas. The recipients were recognized as role models who embody XUANCE's values and strengthen the company.
Performances followed, including songs, recitations, and a traditional “three-and-a-half-line” comic verse performance. Interactive games encouraged participation by employees and family members, while a lucky draw brought repeated excitement.
