Due to business development needs and upon approval and registration by the market supervision and administration authority, our company officially changed its name from "Hunan Xuance Technology Co., Ltd." to "Jiangsu Xuance Technology Co., Ltd." and changed its registered address simultaneously, effective October 14, 2026.
