Hunan MIAIXI Measurement & Control Receives Scientific and Technological Achievement Recognition

On February 5, 2026, the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center organized a scientific and technological achievement evaluation meeting in Beijing for the project “Key Technology Research and Application of Resolver Analyzers,” independently developed by Hunan MIAIXI Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd. Following a comprehensive review, questioning, and discussion, the evaluation committee concluded that the achievement has reached an internationally advanced level in resolver-analyzer technology, marking an important breakthrough in China's independent innovation capability in this field.

The seven-expert committee included specialists from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhejiang University, Xi'an Micromotor Research Institute, the National Institute of Metrology, China Jiliang University, Beihang University, and Xiamen University of Technology. After reviewing the technical report and supporting materials, the committee gave the project high recognition and highlighted these core innovations:

  • A multifunctional integrated resolver test system combining redesigned hardware circuits with deeply integrated software algorithms. It enables synchronized measurement of angle, voltage, and other parameters and automates electrical performance testing for resolvers and synchros.
  • A fundamental-vector angle-decoding method based on full-cycle sampling, using FPGA-controlled multi-channel synchronous sampling and discrete Fourier transforms to improve angle-decoding accuracy.
  • A digital Scott transformer and dedicated signal-processing software that overcome the limited frequency response of wideband high-precision hardware Scott transformers and enable accurate synchro conversion and high-precision decoding.
  • A two-layer “power-on plus measurement” self-calibration architecture that uses a high-precision inductive voltage divider to correct errors dynamically and reduce temperature and time drift.
  • New devices for measuring stator-to-rotor coaxiality deviation and centering fixtures that maintain measurement accuracy while improving product quality.

The project passed third-party calibration, and all indicators meet relevant standards. The product has been deployed by customers including Tamagawa Precision Motor (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. with positive feedback and significant economic and social benefits. The project has produced two invention patents and five software copyrights and contributed to one national calibration specification and two national military standards.

The internationally advanced recognition affirms MIAIXI's technical development work. The company will continue advancing resolver-analyzer technology, supporting achievement transformation and upgrades, and contributing to progress in industrial measurement and control.
